Return and Refund Policy

At Carryva, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we offer a 3-day return policy. If your order meets the conditions below, you may request a replacement or exchange.

3-Day Return Policy

  • Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

  • Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

  • In Case Missing items in the order, Order marked as delivered but not received, Wrong product delivered 👉 To be eligible, the issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos/videos

 

Steps to Raise a Return/Exchange Request

  1. Email us at care@carryva.in within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order details along with photos as proof.

  3. Our team will verify the request.

  4. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.

 

Important Note

  • Requests without proof or raised after 3 days of delivery will not be entertained.

  • Refunds are not offered under our current policy.
