Shipping and Delivery

At Carryva, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy for important details.


1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently offer domestic shipping within India.

  • International shipping is not available yet but will be introduced in the future.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the order date.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.


3. Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable courier services like BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, and Xpressbees to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after processing, depending on your location.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹1500.

  • For orders below ₹1500, a standard non-refundable shipping fee of ₹100 will apply.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website or by visiting our Order Tracking Page.


6. Estimated Delivery Time

  • 2–5 business days.

  • Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Pincode Limitations: Some locations may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If we cannot deliver to your pincode, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

  • International Orders: Not available at the moment, but coming soon.


8. Order Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, Carryva is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.


9. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification.

  • After the 48-hour window, we cannot raise claims due to courier confirmation of delivery.

  • For assistance, please email us at care@carryva.in or raise a ticket via our Support Page.

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue.

  • Please check with neighbors, security guards, or anyone else who might have collected the package on your behalf before raising a concern.
